About me
I am a Certified Executive Coach (PCC, CEC) and Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with over 20 years of professional experience in diverse industries including high-tech, air navigation services, engineering, and insurance.
As an HR leader, I was a strong champion for healthy and inclusive workplaces and a trusted advisor for leaders striving to achieve organizational goals while taking care of their people.
After experiencing the life-changing impact of coaching, I decided to enroll in executive coach training through Royal Roads University so I could support others as a coach to fulfill their professional and personal aspirations. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation and have received their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
In my coaching, I bring the experience and perspective that comes from many years as a successful leader and Human Resources professional. My background makes it very easy for me to connect with professionals trying to navigate their careers in a corporate environment. As someone with a strong personal commitment to lead a more healthy, creative, and integrated life, I also feel uniquely honoured to help others in their deeply personal quests for increased satisfaction, resilience, and balance.
